Volcon ePowersports Signs Milestone 60th Dealership

Just Four Months After Launching Its National Dealer Network Initiative,

Volcon Celebrates A Milestone of 60 Dealerships in the US

Austin, TX | March 3, 2022: Volcon Inc. (NASDAQ: VLCN), (“Volcon” or the “Company”), the first all-electric, off-road powersports company, began collecting dealer applications in North America last year to showcase and sell its innovative, industry-leading off-road vehicles. In just 160 days, 365 applications were submitted by interested dealerships across the country.

The very strong initial response from dealers reinforces Volcon’s anticipated demand for electric powersports in the market and the eagerness of consumers seeking a quality off-road vehicle that offers a deeper connection to their outdoor adventures and lifestyle.

The newly assembled dealer development team at Volcon has officially signed 60 dealerships as of March 3, 2022, showing strength in the Company’s ability to successfully execute and onboard dealers as they build out a robust group of early adopters. The Company anticipates that its list of dealers will continue to grow. Volcon operates with a customer-first approach. Dealers are closely vetted against Volcon’s dealer guidelines intended to facilitate the success of the dealer relationships, both in sales and in operating with a positive relationship that resonates through to the end customer.

“We are privileged to have the opportunity to launch our dealer network with such a great group of people” Melissa Coffey, Director of Global Sales and Service, explained. “Each individual we work with shows a similar passion for the brand's success as we do. Our dealers are not just business partners. They are part of a community that embraces powersports as a way of life. They see Volcon as an opportunity to provide a product that is currently missing in their customer offering and a whole new market opportunity.”

Volcon’s dealer locator tool on it's website illustrates current locations where customers will find Volcon ePowersports vehicles for sale and receive service on their machines. Among the current dealers are several well-known names in the powersports business, including Power Lodge with four locations in Florida and Minnesota, Mom's with nine locations across the Northeast, and World of Powersports with four dealerships in Illinois.

“When we received a demo bike, everyone from the dealership was anxious to test it out,” explained Matt Jackson, owner of World of Powersports, “Needless to say we liked what we experienced because we signed up to become a Volcon dealer that day. We are excited to add the Volcon products to our lineup.”

“Our initial interest came from an existing relationship with the sales team at Volcon, which gave us the confidence to look into the brand” explained Tom Dehn of Power Lodge, “After looking at the current and future product offering, it was an easy decision to add the brand at our four locations. Volcon vehicles are state of the art with a unique look that is not just a copycat of other products we already have on the showroom floor. We are especially excited about the all-electric UTV products coming in the future.”

“I have always been a fan of electric vehicles and what they will bring in the future. It’s exciting to see this technology evolve into the off-road segment. Volcon’s offering of fully-electric models that I haven’t seen other manufacturers offer, is an exciting segment that we needed as we move into the future of electric vehicles” explains Noah Johnson, Marketing Manager with MOM’s, “Being able to offer fully electric vehicles to those customers who are conscious of their carbon footprint or who love the power and performance you get with an electric vehicle is a huge advantage as we currently don’t have anything similar to what Volcon offers. Electric is the future and we’re always looking for ways to stay ahead of the curve at MOM's.”

Volcon continues to receive interest in electric-powered powersports products and expects to start delivering products to dealers in May 2022.

Roland Sands Design Daytona 2022

Daytona is looking to be beyond exciting for the Roland Sands Design x Indian Motorcycle race team.

We are excited to introduce our partnership with the Sacramento Mile x SDI Racing with a new, S&S-built Indian Challenger entry, race-prepped by Roland Sands Design.

Daytona is looking to be beyond exciting for the Roland Sands Design x Indian Motorcycle race team. This season RSD will be fielding not one, but two Indian Challengers in Moto America’s 2022 King of the Baggers doubleheader, as well as two Indian FTR1200s and one Indian Chief, in the 2022 Roland Sands Design Super Hooligan National Championship doubleheader on the high banks of Daytona International Speedway. That’s 5 bikes in 10 races over two days. If it sounds like we're crazy... we are starting to believe it too.

We are excited to introduce our partnership with the Sacramento Mile x SDI Racing with a new, S&S-built Indian Challenger entry, race-prepped by Roland Sands Design. The #50 Indian Challenger will be ridden by Superbike competitor Bobby Fong. Bobby is a dominator in road racing with his 2019 Moto America Supersport Championship earned with six wins and fourteen 2nd place finishes on the season.  He has proven that he knows his way around Daytona by qualifying on pole and a podium finish at the 2019 Daytona 200. He got a taste of riding the bagger in the preseason and has his sights set on the top of the King of the Bagger podium.

The #14 Indian Challenger is a Mission Foods sponsored RSD-built King of the Baggers entry, being ridden by the always popular KOTB podium finisher Frankie Garcia. The bike has gone through several changes over the off-season and, Indian along with S&S Cycle has supplied a new motor to help propel the Challenger into Daytona legend status.

RSD has two new 2022 Indian FTR1200 R Carbon model purpose-built asphalt-ready racers for the Super Hooligan class. After last year's dip in the road racing pool at Laguna Seca, we started from scratch this year with two new FTRs fully prepped for road race duty with motor work by the crew at Lloydz Garage and Indian Motorcycle of Charlotte. KOTB race winner and top man Tyler O’Hara is slated to ride the #2 Indian FTR 1200 with fellow bagger racer and fast guy Frankie Garcia will be on the #14 Indian FTR1200. Both riders will be doing double duty by racing both the King of the Baggers class and Super Hooligan class. You can guarantee they will be pushing hard to be at the top of both the KOTB and SHNC podiums.

The #33 Super Hooligan 2022 Indian Chief is being ridden by Australian top gun and 2019 Pikes Peak winner Rennie Scaysbrook, who will be battling for the Mission Foods Air-cooled American Twin Challenge title. A race within the Super Hooligan race will see both air-cooled Indians and Harleys battling bar to bar for the Mission Challenge bragging rights and a special purse. Rennie’s got history on the Indian Chief taking a win during its first competition in the Big Twin class at the inaugural BRL race last season. He’s looking to lock in another win at Daytona and solidify his dominance as the only air-cooled Indian racing in the class.

A huge thanks to all of our series sponsors who are helping make this year possible: Indian Motorcycle, GEICO, MOTUL, SDI Racing, Mission Foods, Dunlop, Bell Helmets

GEICO Motorcycle Joins the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation's Ride for Kids as National Partner

ATLANTA and CHEVY CHASE, Md., March 1 -- On the heels of World Cancer Day (Feb. 4), and International Childhood Cancer Day (Feb. 15), another partner has committed to fighting for a world without pediatric brain tumors, the deadliest childhood cancer. GEICO Motorcycle joins American Honda and the Comoto Family of Brands as a National Partner for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s (PBTF’s) Ride for Kids program.

“We are thrilled to welcome GEICO Motorcycle to the Ride for Kids family,” says Bob McNamara, PBTF’s National Director of Fundraising and Community Engagement. “Seeing industry leaders stand up for kids battling brain tumors, while rallying the motorcycle community to join our fight, is one of the reasons that Ride for Kids continues to thrive year after year. Partnerships like these are great for our riders and the families we serve.”

Throughout the 2022 Ride for Kids season, GEICO Motorcycle will promote Ride for Kids registration, fundraising, and participation with National Ride for Kids Day. GEICO Motorcycle is also participating in events leading up to National Ride for Kids Day, including the REVER riding challenge, benefiting Ride for Kids. REVER, part of the Comoto Family of Brands, and GEICO Motorcycle are presenting sponsors for the challenge which will encourage riders to track their miles on the REVER mobile application.

“GEICO is honored to help the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation in the fight against childhood brain tumors,” says Tammy Moore, assistant vice president at GEICO. “By supporting Ride for Kids in 2022, we can help support children and adolescents diagnosed with a brain tumor and help families in need across the country."

With the support of national industry partners like GEICO Motorcycle, PBTF’s Ride for Kids continues to grow and further establish its place as the most successful charity motorcycle event in the nation. Ride for Kids looks to build on the success of 2021 and reach its $1.8 million fundraising goal this year. Ride for Kids fundraising dollars are critical for PBTF. The money supports pioneering pediatric brain tumor research and family support programs, including information to help families navigate the journey as soon as symptoms start, emergency financial assistance, and emotional support.

Ride for Kids gives motorcyclists across the nation the opportunity to come together to ride in their respective cities and raise money to help children with brain tumors—the leading cause of cancer death in children.
